I go to school nearby so I was initially in the area to get my morning coffee fix at the Starbucks next door. I came in to Golden Bagel while I was waiting for my drink to be made at Starbucks and was surprised by the enormous selection of bagels, wraps, and sandwiches offered. I was looking for a quick to-go breakfast, so I ordered the Smoked Salmon Wrap on on a spinach tortilla and absolutely fell in LOVE. It's made with light, fluffy eggs, cheese, onions, tomatoes, sour cream, smoked salmon, and your choice of a spinach or roasted tomato tortilla. I am a pescatarian so this has been my go-to wrap ever since. Deducted a star only because most employees seem unenergetic as I order and pick up my food.

The food is okay. Unfortunately I'm yet to discover a great bagel place in the area, so this place is likely the best. However, the cashiers need some basic training in friendly customer service. On multiple occasions I have ordered items listed on the posted menu, only to be told in a matter-of-fact tone that they "don't have that." Upon me pointing to the items on the menu, I am told, "Oh, well I guess we're out." Weird flex, but okay. The employees MAKING the food and drinks generally seem friendlier, but order takers are rarely inviting, which makes the entire experience less enjoyable. I'll be continuing my search for a great bagel in the area that comes without attitude.

Definitely have gone here from time to time to grab a little breakfast or meet with friends. I've ordered their open face bagels, breakfast bagels, and wraps.
Some of the ingredient combinations for the bagel sandwiches or wraps are tasty, but a couple I've had were weird. Unfortunately, the ingredients aren't listed anywhere so I've learned to double check and ask. Everything always tastes fresh! I just wish they wouldn't skimp on the amount of toppings.
When it comes to drinks, I generally only order a brewed coffee. Never had an espresso style drink or anything. When I go up pump my house coffee into my cup, it's usually hot - which KS awesome they stay on top of brewing.
The counter service is ok. They aren't always very friendly or informative... on a couple occasions seemed a little confused.
I usually only come here if a friend suggest to meet me here! -

This place is supposed to be a bagel shop but they never have any bagels after 10am. They are open till 3pm. How do you run out of product that you're known for 5 hours before your closing time? I'll not be going here anymore, it's a waste of my time.

Came here for a rare "fig & goat cream cheese" craving., and it did not disappoint. They actually have a good selection of gourmet cream cheese flavors. Would've been better to pair it with a pumpkin bagel, but they were out. The bagels I did buy were just "eh," same as the service. What annoyed me more is that their large overhead menu has no prices listed so you either have to ask or not act so surprised when you get charged more than you expected to pay.
